These programmes enable regional organisations to maximise their levy in upskilling their managers and leaders by sending a small number of employees to join a challenging, impactful and quality external apprenticeship programme.
We will be offering the following programmes as open courses:
- Level 3 - Team Leaders & Supervisors
- Level 5 - Operational & Departmental Managers
Since the Apprenticeship system was overhauled in April, the topic of 'open' Management Apprenticeship programmes has been raised by some of our learning partners who may not have a large enough cohort of people to run a full, in-house programme.
They wanted to access the added value of gaining a nationally-recognised diploma, just like the ones we have been successfully delivering for years as an accredited centre with both ILM and CMI.
Conducting learning and development in a large, multi-organisation cohort has a variety of benefits for delegates, including:
- Receiving feedback from people of a similar seniority and experience level
- Greater objectivity in discussions and feedback with non-colleagues
- Gaining valuable insights of management skills and challenges in different sectors
- Meeting and networking with peers
Accreditation is just one of the many value adds in our programme design and delivery. Others include support for your line managers, assistance and rigour in the management and administration workload, access to micro-learning toolsand post-learning impact evaluations. We also have an effective delivery and support plan to management operational implications for the 20% off-the-job training mandate.
