Another year has flown by and as 2025 draws to a close we’re reflecting on a busy and rewarding 12 months in learning, development and training delivery – working with both long-standing partners and new organisations to build knowledge and skills. Together, we’ve provided accredited and non-accredited support in critical areas like leadership & management, organisational change, inclusive workplaces and many more, resulting in hundreds of teams and thousands of learners who will head into 2026 with more confidence and capability.

Leadership Training Centre of the Year 2025
Undoubtedly the highlight of our year was being recognised as Leadership Training Centre of the Year at The Leadership Awards 2025. The ceremony, held at the Hilton London Bankside in November, was organised by The Institute of Leadership and celebrated outstanding individuals, teams, and organisations that are shaping the future of leadership through innovation, impact, and excellence.

We were thrilled to receive this endorsement of our hard work and innovation within our specialist area of leadership development, as echoed by our Managing Director, Julie Flanagan:
“We are honoured to receive this award from the Institute of Leadership. It reflects the dedication of our entire team and the trust our clients place in us. Our mission has always been to bring learning to life, and this speaks to our ability to do that in the important world of leadership development.
“When organisations decide to support their managers and leaders with targeted learning and development, everyone wins – they become more confident and fulfilled, their teams become more motivated and engaged and, ultimately, their organisation benefits from stronger performance and a happier workplace culture. It’s wonderful to have such a prestigious endorsement, which reinforces that employers can trust us to help them realise these benefits.”
Best ever year of free webinars
Our bi-monthly series of free learning webinars has yet again been a highlight and we’re delighted to say that, across important topics like Inclusive Leadership, Psychological Safety, Emotional Intelligence and Growth Mindsets, it’s been a record year for both registrations and attendance!
We love getting the chance to share knowledge and tools from our library of workshops and we’re always pleased to see attendees taking useful ideas back to their day-to-day work.

You can register now for our first webinar of 2026 – Practical Workplace Resilience on Thursday 15th January, 2pm. Click here to secure your place on our dedicated event page.

Office move
June was a bit of an all-hands-on-deck moment as we packed up and moved into our new office! Fortunately, any forgotten essentials were easily rescued thanks to our old address being just a short stroll away.

You can now find us at BizSpace Amber Court by the River Tyne, continuing our near-quarter-century presence in Newcastle Business Park. We’re proud to call Newcastle upon Tyne home and are looking forward to many more years of supporting employers — both locally and nationwide — with their L&D and training goals.
If you’re based in the North East of England and would like a tour just let us know – we’ll put the kettle on!
Popular workshops
It’s been another popular year for some of our newer workshop titles and interest has particularly peaked around the concept of ‘Active Bystanders’ in the workplace. In November, we published a blog highlighting the disconnect between employees who witness misconduct and those who take action against it.
Part of creating the conditions for more action is empowering staff to become Active Bystanders – both with reassurance that they will be supported but also with the relevant knowledge and skills, which is where powerful workshops like ‘Being an Active Bystander an Ally’ come in, and why we’ve delivered it to numerous employers nationwide.

Contact us to request a course outline and enquire about adding this title to your 2026 training plan!
An award-winning supplier – again!
It’s our great privilege to be a senior supplier within KPMG’s consortium of learning specialists, providing high quality training to Civil Service Learning, Government departments and the wider public sector – supporting the UK’s vital civil servants with impactful learning and development opportunities.

For the fourth year in a row, we were delighted to be recognised at their annual Learning Supplier Awards, this time going home with the Best Client Feedback award, reflecting the positive impact that our design and delivery consistently has.
National Apprenticeship Week 2025
With our continued delivery of the Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership Apprenticeship standards, National Apprenticeship Week is always an important date in our calendar. This year we shared a blog about the vital economic importance of professional training for UK managers (according to the Chartered Management Institute) and a pair of brilliant interviews with two of our learners – Leanne and Matthew.

National Apprenticeship Week 2026 is right around the corner – taking place between 9th – 15th February next year and you can already register for our free webinar taking place on Thursday 12th AKA “Opportunity Thursday”. Click here for more details on our dedicated event page.

From all of us here at Eliesha, we would like to thank our customers, associates and learning partners for their support this year, and many thanks for your continued engagement with our content and events.
Our office will be closed from 4pm on Wednesday 24th December
and will reopen at 8am on Friday 2nd January.
We wish you a happy and restorative break over the festive period and send our best wishes for a busy and successful 2026 – a year in which we’ll be celebrating our 25th birthday!
