Eliesha views training evaluation and return on investment as of paramount importance in determining the value and impact of a learning solution. Our standard approach to achieving desired client objectives is to utilise the 4 step Kirkpatrick model, one of the longest established and highly regarded evaluation models, and to put in place a range of measures and assessments. We recommend these are identified and determined during the design and development stage. We look for innovative and tangential ways of gathering feedback. Much additional feedback is gained by having a detailed understanding of our client’s needs, the strategic drivers and the environment in which the learners have to operate. Coupled with excellent communication, the use of formal and informal networks, line manager engagement, assignments, benchmarking and the exchange of best practice, we can gauge results across a wide base.
