Additional appointments for Eliesha to national apprenticeship frameworks

We are delighted to announce our appointment to a further two significant apprenticeship frameworks. Having passed stringent selection criteria, we are poised to expand the reach of our successful management apprenticeship programmes within the public sector.

These additional frameworks – North East Lincolnshire Council’s Provision of Apprenticeship Training Programmes and a similar Dynamic Purchasing System for seven London Borough Councils – are not only for the use of the creators, but include supporting their wider public-sector partners as well. They enable cost effective and easy access to Eliesha’s high quality management training.

Our successful proposals to these and other customers, including the NHS Shared Business Services, underlines the quality offering of our management apprenticeship programmes. They address the critical needs of business and have been developed by industry in the context of contemporary workplace changes and challenges like digital transformation, ‘agile’ thinking and leading dispersed teams. The new apprenticeship standards, and their availability to employees of any age or experience, represent a great chance for organisations to implement a structured programme of training for the critical management skills that will boost leadership and management capacity right through their organisation.

“It’s great to see the public sector leading the way in using the Levy to invest in management training for their employees. Anyone using these purchasing frameworks is able to avoid the time and resource-consuming process of going to tender, and be assured that they are securing services from a provider that has demonstrated proven experience and skills required to deliver innovative, high-quality programmes.”
