Eliesha’s Virtual Learning Workshops can be deployed to your dispersed workforce and accessed anywhere with an internet connection.
The features and functions of the Virtual Learning Enrivonment enable flexibility to your requirements and desired learning outcomes: from a participative and interactive virtual classroom, with cameras, microphones and ‘breakout room’ discussions, to a virtual ‘lecture theatre’, with attendees listening to a presenter and engaging with typed questions or a ‘raised hand’ when they would like to contribute.
Certain topics and group sizes will lend themselves to a particular configuration of Virtual Learning Environment and Eliesha is more than happy to advise based on our experience in driving improved engagement and impact.
Prepare, Practice, Apply
Eliesha provides pre and post-learning content for all of our Virtual Learning as part of our Prepare, Practice, Apply learning model. This ensures that learners arrive at the session primed with thoughts and ideas and leave with resources and activities that will help them to embed the learning in their day-to-day role.
All of Eliesha’s Virtual Learning Workshops are supported with access to Eliesha’s award-winning microlearning product series pearls of wisdom®. These 3-4 minute animated videos are split into 18 categories and can serve as valuable, timely bursts of knowledge that will reinforce or even expand on the crucial Virtual Learning content.
