Hosted by the Institute of Leadership at the Hilton London Bankside on Friday 14th November, the evening celebrated outstanding individuals, teams, and organisations that are shaping the future of leadership through innovation, impact, and excellence. This recognition highlights Eliesha’s sustained commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based leadership development that drives measurable outcomes for organisations across sectors.

Our work
This award primarily recognises our national work with The Law Society, the professional association representing solicitors in England & Wales, and international work with The British Council. Alongside this, we have partnered with important regional employers like South Tyneside Council, Northumbria Police and Believe Housing on impactful programmes of leadership development.
Over the past year, we have expanded our portfolio of engaging workshops, accredited qualifications and interactive online content, as well as continuing our delivery of leadership apprenticeships – supporting the Government’s drive to use the skills and apprenticeships system to build critical workforce capability throughout organisations, as well as at a foundational level.
We are proud to receive and award which acknowledges not just our training excellence, but our commitment to fostering inclusive, forward-thinking leadership at every level.

About Eliesha
Established in 2001 in Newcastle upon Tyne and soon to celebrate our 25th birthday, Eliesha Training is an experienced, employee-owned training provider and L&D consultancy.
As specialists in the design and delivery of bespoke leadership development programmes, we support hundreds of organisations and thousands of learners across all sectors with access to relevant, engaging and impactful learning experiences developing the knowledge, skills and confidence to thrive in their day-to-day role.
We are a long-term Approved Centre with ILM and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), delivering their popular and respected qualifications in Management & Leadership and Coaching & Mentoring, from Levels 2 – 7. We also deliver Leadership Apprenticeships at the Level 3 (Team Leader) and Level 5 (Operations Manager) Standards, with Ofsted rating our “quality of education” and “development of learners’ behaviour & attitudes” as Outstanding in their most recent inspection, within an overall grading of Good.
