Eliesha’s core Microlearning product is our collection of 3-5 minute animated learning videos. These pearls of wisdom® cover a wide range of professional skills and personal development topics, with a particular focus on management and leadership. They are designed to provide highly relevant learning content in a format that is easily understood, effortlessly retained and accessible on any online device. Content
With scripts written by subject matter experts, pearls of wisdom® blend insightful theory and practical guidance in a specific area. Whether this is a model learners can use to add consistency and structure to their feedback, a certain style of leadership to start developing or some techniques for making objective decisions, authors and academics are cited and methods are shared with clarity and simplicity.
The aim of each video is to give learners the ability to try a new approach or technique as well as the understanding and awareness of its benefits. As such, they are both motivated and enabled to work differently and make positive changes – creating fast and consistent transfer of learning into the workplace.

To provide this easy access, Eliesha can provide pearls of wisdom® files for uploading to your own Learning Management System (LMS) or intranet. Alternatively, we can build a bespoke page on our own LMS and provide your learners with access via generic or personalised login details, and provide your stakeholders with regular usage reports. Welsh Government – Monsters & Trolls
Eliesha produced a range of bespoke pearls of wisdom® for the Welsh Government, distilling an existing 90-minute training session on the importance and practicalities of good public sector governance into 10 original animated videos. This allowed them to provide over 5,500 staff with immediate online access to the learning content, without sacrificing any of the humour and style which made the original session so popular and impactful.

Interactivity and knowledge tests are learning elements our customers and partners have requested in order to establish that staff have not only engaged with a particular topic, but that they have achieved a certain level of understanding as well. Our Digital Micro-Learns go further than ensuring a certain level of understanding – they actively promote the transfer of theory into practice by providing downloadable resources for learners to keep and use in their day-to-day work.
