2021 in Review

The year is drawing to a close, and for us here at Eliesha it has been another eventful 12 months of consultation, design and delivery in the world of professional learning and development.

It goes without saying that every sector of the economy has experienced some degree of disruption and uncertainty this year, and we are proud of how the Eliesha team has continued to support and advise our learning partner customers.

You can read about some of Eliesha’s 2021 highlights below and find our office hours for the festive season at the bottom of the page.

20th Anniversary

The biggest milestone for us in 2021 was celebrating our 20th birthday! It has been a fantastic journey since our formation in 2001 and we are immensely proud of the many individuals for whom we have been able to build confidenceknowledge and skills in the workplace ever since.

Virtual Learning

Despite gradual returns to the office for many organisations, the overwhelming demand from our customers has been for learning and development to continue in the virtual space – something we are more than happy to accommodate.

Whether via MS Teams, Zoom or a customer’s preferred platform, we are proud that our interactive and engaging learning interventions are reaching and helping professionals, wherever they are working.

Management Apprenticeships

These continue to be a popular development route for existing managers to gain the critical leadership skills that modern organisations need. Our delivery of the Level 3 and 5 standards has remained flexible and highly relevant, enabling it to carry on empowering managers nationwide, regardless of restrictions and disruption.

This year, we were able to share more reflections from our apprentices’ line managers, and a popular, comprehensive set of responses to Frequently Asked Questions.

Crown Commercial Service Purchasing Systems

We are pleased to have been appointed to two Crown Commercial Service Purchasing Systems in the last twelve months – RM6237 Low Value Purchase System & RM6219 Learning and Training Services DPS. Both open up a simpleefficient and compliant route to the public sector market for our high quality learning products and service.

National Apprenticeship Week

This year we celebrated this by sharing a detailed case study of how we helped one of Europe’s largest building materials manufacturers turn their apprenticeship levy into rewardingengaging programmes of management and leadership development.

You can read about our comprehensive consultation process and contextualised delivery here, and enquire about similar programmes to help you make the most of your Apprenticeship Levy payments, here.

Coaching & Mentoring

Coaching skills and accredited coaching qualifications for managers have been another major focus for our customers. In support of delivery in a wide variety of sectors, we can now be totally flexible in our delivery of ILM’s market-leading Coaching & Mentoring qualifications, with high quality virtual and face-to-face options.

This skills drive was reflected on eliesha.com too, where ‘Top 4 Coaching Skills for Managers’ and ‘Why Coaching Underpins Modern L&D Priorities’ were our two most  popular articles of the year.

Our office will be closed from Thursday 23rd December, and will reopen on Tuesday 4th January.

From everyone at Eliesha Training, we would like to say a big thank you for your continued support and your interest in our online content.

We hope you have a safe, happy and restful festive break and send our best wishes for a successful 2022.
