‘Open’ Apprenticeship Programmes

Eliesha runs ‘Open’ Apprenticeship Programmes, enabling employers to enrol managers on a programme alongside learners from other organisations. They open up a route to comprehensive, Levy-fundable* leadership development for any organisation and number of learners, and mean the benefits of learning within a cohort is accessible even to apprentices enrolling as individuals.

We start new Open Programmes at both Level 3 (Team Leader) and Level 5 (Operations Manager) every year – usually delivered in our engaging virtual learning environment. This makes them accessible to managers working more than 50% of their contacted hours anywhere in England.

*Apprenticeship Levy-paying organisations can use their Levy funds, or we can help non-Levy-paying organisations to access Government funding for 95% of their delivery costs.

CMI Qualifications & Chartered Manager Status

As an Approved Centre with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), who contribute to the design and ongoing appraisal of management apprenticeship standards, we offer all our apprentices the opportunity to complete a CMI Certificate in Management & Leadership alongside their apprenticeship, at either Level 3 or 5 (as appropriate). Adding the achievement of this qualification to the programme is possible thanks to their learning content’s close alignment with the apprenticeship standards and our extensive experience in designing and delivering accredited programmes towards CMI qualifications.

The CMI is the only organisation that can award ‘Chartered Manager’ status and one of the routes towards this prestigious achievement is the completion of the Level 3 (Team Leader) or Level 5 (Operations Manager) apprenticeship. On successful completion of End Point Assessment, our management apprentices can apply for either Foundation Chartered Manager or full Chartered Manager status. Eligibility for the two option comes down to the apprenticeship completed and the amount of relevant management experience gained to date – Eliesha’s friendly and supportive Accredited Centre team will guide any of our apprentices through this process if they would like to pursue it.
