Organisations aren’t short of ideas. What really matters, however, is what’s achieved and delivered – not what’s possible. Project management skills strengthen the ability to consistently move from intention to execution.
Workplace projects encompass any piece of work needed planning, coordination and collaboration – so project management skills and confidence have a wide-ranging impact.
The Level 4 Associate Project Manager programme develops a strong foundation in project delivery. It is a rewarding and supportive work-based development pathway, growing critical skills via highly relevant, on-the-job training.

Flexible, Supportive Learning Journeys
Our apprenticeship programmes offer the flexibility that modern workforces need. We achieve this through the creation of equally engaging face-to-face and virtual learning environments, and effective use of our Learning Management System (LMS).

Our interactive workshops, whether hosted in-person or online, create safe, engaging spaces to introduce new thinking, approaches and tools and them to existing responsibilities. Our LMS provides anytime access to informative learning content.
All apprentices benefit from the support of their expert Programme Tutor (including assessment support and coaching) and our experienced learning administrators.
Key Features & Added Value
Eliesha delivers learning programmes that fully meet the Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship standard (ST0310). This employer-designed, occupation-focused qualification, allows employers to develop a comprehensive set of knowledge, skills and behaviours in new or existing staff members.
We offer an end-to-end service, including consultancy and skills assessment in relation to existing workforce development and training, through to effective delivery, successful End Point Assessment (EPA) and post-learning evaluation of impact.
We invest the following in our programmes as value added services, included with no increase to the standard rate:
- Skills matrix self-assessment and review of existing role and qualifications
- Alignment of workshop materials to required business vision, values and behaviours (internal programmes)
- Measurement and evaluation of learning interventions and post-learning impact using the Kirkpatrick Methodology
- Line Manager engagement; improving apprentice engagement with the programme and enhancing their development dialogue with apprentices through shared reviews, optional attendance of induction session
- Infrastructure investment – e.g. e-portfolio system – enabling full transparency of learning progression and tracking and evidence of the 20% off-the-job activities to be uploaded.
Extra CMI Qualification

As an Approved Centre with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), we offer all our apprentices the opportunity to complete a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Project Management alongside their apprenticeship.
This widely-respected qualification adds an extra layer of credibility and professional recognition, giving apprentices a qualification they can carry with them throughout their careers while reinforcing the tools, techniques and skills developed during the programme.
Contextualised Programmes
Our Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship develops a standard set of knowledge, skills and behaviours, but we are still able to contextualise this development to your requirements and priorities. Our L&D experts and 25 years of successful workforce development allow us to collaborate with our customers on learning programmes that are targeted at specific workforce development objectives, and apprenticeships are no different.

This contextualisation is possible for programmes with all learners working for the same employer (or group of employers), which are subject to minimum numbers. If you have partner organisations, suppliers or subcontractors within your sector or with close alignment to your business, we would be pleased to explore a cohort of learners from these employers, as well as your own apprentices – a successful example of this approach is our ‘University Open’ programmes, populated with staff from various Higher Education Institutions in the London area.
Feedback on our Apprenticeship Programmes
“I was fully supported by all of the Elisha team and felt they were in my corner each step of the way.“
“I was surprised at how much help and support there is available, and the quality of the learning materials provided.”
“Being an apprentice with Eliesha was enjoyable and very well supported. My tutor and Eliesha were proactive with support, understanding of the challenges of being a learner with a full time role – they kept in touch often enough to keep me on track but not be too overwhelming.”
“The final step of an EPA isn’t an exam – it’s an opportunity to showcase all you have done and reflected on with immense pride.”
“The benefit of applying technical knowledge in real time to real life situations helps to embed the learning. An apprenticeship was the best way for me to learn, I wish I’d done one sooner!”
“Learning and development is fun, you will find so many useful hints, tips and strategies – some of which you will continue to use long after you finish the apprenticeship. You will grow in confidence, and you will open the door to new opportunities in the future.”
