Coaching and Mentoring – What’s the difference?

‘Coaching and Mentoring’ is a phrase heard far and wide in the world of professional learning and development. As they are usually banded together, it’s important to be aware of the differences between them and when it’s best to introduce dedicated programmes of each.

It’s important to be know the differences between coaching and mentoring in order to implement successful campaigns of them. These differences can be subtle, so we’ve broken down six of the key distinctions in a professional context.

Eliesha Training has developed a new online course for the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
