Eliesha maintains quality culture with environmental certification success

Following professional external audit, Eliesha Training is pleased to announce a successful transition to the ISO 14001:2015 certification of our environmental management system – a fantastic endorsement of the hard work that our team continually undertake towards achieving excellence in our environmental performance.

Transitioning from 14001:2004, successfully held for over 7 years, means that our environmental management processes have been reliably assessed to be of high quality, rigorously followed and in tune with changing and contemporary requirements.

From the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) website, ISO 14001:2015 “is intended for use by an organisation seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability…. it helps an organisation achieve the intended outcomes of its environmental management system, which provide value for the environment, the organisation itself and interested parties.”

In addition to this successful transition, we have also been successful in our ISO 9001:2015 (systems and processes) and Cyber Essentials (ICT, information and data security) recertifications, evidencing our commitment and thorough approach to quality.

Tony Cunningham, Development Director, stressed the importance for all organisations to have a quality learning culture in order to drive excellence in product and service development and delivery. He said “This is another great result. These certifications are very important to Eliesha, as they underpin and evidence our continued commitment to quality in all our Learning and Development activities. This news is also very important and valuable to our customers and learning partners – it means they can be reassured that we are driving improved quality in all we do at a corporate level – and they can benefit from the efficiencies and effectiveness in what we do and in how we do it.”

He was also keen to highlight the added value for clients, saying “we constantly seek the policy, process, people skills and behaviours that will deliver a great customer experience – assured by our continuous measurement and evaluation of every intervention for quality and impact.”
