Eliesha has provided market leading coaching and mentoring solutions for over 14 years.

Individuals may require coaching in a particular skill or behavioural area or might simply need to bounce ideas around and improve confidence. Structured interaction with someone from outside the client organisation can stimulate a required shift in the way people think. Such shifts can have far-reaching effects on the direction and operation of the whole organisation.

We believe that coaching should be challenging, inspirational, open and honest. A wide range of additional tools (e.g. psychometric instruments and techniques, neuro linguistic programming and emotional intelligence) are used as and when appropriate to support the achievement of required outcomes by the client – whether this is achieved through specific one to one coaching or developing a coaching culture in an organisation through effective training solutions.

Coaching develops individuals so they contribute more to your organisation. Frequently our work involves ‘live action coaching’. This involves shadowing the individual then giving immediate feedback, hints and post-event discussion. Coaching is particularly time effective for managers. They receive targeted one-to-one interaction focused on their particular situation and needs.

Our coaches work with individuals in the areas of personal, professional and organisational development and have the ability to translate behavioural feedback into an action plan in order to create an effective development plan for the individual and the organisation.
