Sustaining Remote Performance

Widespread remote working has been established across many organisations and industries that hadn’t explored it before. Initiating and implementing this was challenging enough!

Now, there comes the task of managing and sustaining the performance of remote workers and teams on an ongoing basis.

This is a constantly evolving challenge, and the ability to drive and improve the performance of remote teams and effectively manage the workloads of remote workers now represent essential skills for the modern manager to be able to call upon.

The remote office is almost certainly here to stay, and it could even be the key to attracting and retaining the very best talent: according to survey of 8,000 staff in 8 countries by HR firm Adecco, 3 in 4 workers want the flexibility of a mix of office-based and remote working.

Eliesha Training has developed a highly engaging virtual face-to-face learning session which focuses on the key elements for sustaining and even improving the performance of your remote teams and your remote workers. We have termed them the three Ws:

Watching Everything
• Working Smarter
• Wellbeing

The training looks at some of the key approaches and mind-sets required to sustain a healthy and successful remote working culture which delivers ongoing and sustainable results and benefits for both workers and organisations. Some elements may be of particular benefit to you and/or your teams on your ongoing remote management journey.

This session is perfect for team leaders and managers who manage some or all of their teams remotely and would like to sustain or even grow team performance. It would also work well for organisational leaders, L&D, HR, IT Admin and other professionals who would benefit from a clear understanding of the ongoing challenges of remote management and how best to support their managers as they support and develop their remote teams.

As with all of Eliesha’s engaging “virtual face-to-face” learning interventions, the course is designed for time efficiency and achievement of required outcomes in the workplace. This includes pre-workshop knowledge acquisition and exercises and post-workshop learning support, ensuring that learners arrive at the session primed with thoughts and ideas, and can access further information after the session in order to embed the learning in their day-to-day role.
